Randy Mohawk – Academic Program Leader/Full-Time Faculty – Mohawk is currently a licensed Peace Officer. He has served four years in the U.S. Marines and 27 years in Law Enforcement before retiring in 2005. He has a Master’s degree in Public Safety Executive Leadership through St. Cloud State University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice through the Metropolitan State University, and an AS degree in Law Enforcement through Alexandria Technical College. He currently is a Certified Defensive Tactics Instructor as well as a Certified Firearms Instructor/Range Master. He has been with 皇冠hg2020手机app下载 since 1996.
Vince Scheckel – SKILLS Program Coordinator/Faculty and SKILLS Instructor – SKILLS Program Coordinator/Faculty & SKILLS Instructor – Scheckel is a licensed Peace Officer. He has 31 years of experience in law enforcement and retired in 2021. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. His experience within the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office included working in the Adult Detention Center as a Detention Deputy (Jailor), Patrol Division as a Deputy, and a Patrol Sergeant. He has also worked as a Narcotics Investigator, and in Civil/Warrants and Courtroom Security as a Sergeant. Scheckel was Captain/Commander of the South East Minnesota Violent Crimes Enforcement Team. He has been an 皇冠hg2020手机app下载 SKILLS instructor since 1999, an adjunct instructor, and involved in Use of Force Instruction in PPCT Management Systems, Incident Response, High Risk Stops as well as Responding to the Active Shooter.
